We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please contact us.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us for instructions.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Shipping Returns:
To return your product, mail it to the address provided in your return instructions. You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
